NB – Stamp Duty rates below DO NOT apply if your contract is dated prior to 1 July 2022 OR  you are a First Home Buyer purchasing vacant land!

  • Non-standard timeframes (eg 21-28 days for finance/settlement)
  • Non-standard services

    Shire enquiry fee (estimate) $200.00
    Region Scheme Certificate $27.50
    Strata enquiry (if applicable) $308.00
    Attendance / Electronic Conveyancing $150.00
    ELNO fee $132.66
  • You would also need to allow for your share of outgoings, i.e.:
    • Balance of shire rates for the financial year
    • Two months (max.) of Water Rates
