At Personalised Settlements all files are handled by Jackie & Marcus, both of whom have been a licensed settlement agents for over 20 years. This depth of knowledge and experience means that:

• Your settlement will be hassle free
• We will solve problems without needing to get you involved
• We don’t make mistakes that could potentially cost you thousands of dollars (penalty interest)
• If you have questions regarding your rights & responsibilities we will give you the right answer

In addition:

• Your documents & dollars are always in control of a licensed settlement agent (we do not use work experience kids or outsource to untrained staff)
• We can undertake client identification at our office at no charge
• We limit the number of active matters, thereby ensuring that your settlement receives the attention it deserves
• We store your file forever – we can provide copies of documents for taxation or other purposes.

We will not:

• Outsource any part of our service overseas – your personal & private information stays in our office!
• Employ unqualified law students to save $.
• Unlike some solicitors, we do not charge for advice or levy extra fees for aspects that form a normal part of a settlement.
