Who are we?

Jackie Liley has been in the industry since 1981. She has a wealth of experience after years of working for major agencies in Perth.

In 1995 Jackie saw the opportunity for a smaller company to provide a more personalised service and made the decision to open her own business.

In 2003 she was joined by her husband Marcus who has 18 years of banking experience, including both residential and commercial lending. Marcus is now a Licensed Real Estate Settlement Agent.

Since inception Personalised Settlements have remained fiercely independent. We have no financial interest with real estate agents, banks or brokers who may otherwise influence the settlement process.

Similarly we prefer not to act for both buyer and seller in the same transaction. After all, how can you give advice to one party and still act in the best interests of both?

From humble beginnings we have now helped our clients by successfully completing over 10,000 real estate settlements.

In 2004 our high level of customer satisfaction was recognised when Jackie was awarded the prestigious Betty Quelch Award for excellence in the level of service provided by a settlement agency. We were recognised again in 2013 with another nomination.
